Fiji will continue to strengthen its cooperation with China

While officiating at the Chinese National Day reception at the Chinese cultural center yesterday, Heritage and Arts Minister Rosy Akbar says this includes exchange in culture, health, education, and tourism to name a few.

Akbar says Fiji will also remain committed to the one-China policy.

“I remain hopeful that the remaining months and years, we will forge stronger relationships between our two countries and even closer friendship between the people of the two countries. I am confident that our present and future generations will carry forward the great cause and forge ahead into future as history has accorded of our past generation.”

The celebration of the People’s Republic of China establishment will be held next month.
