Outrigger on the Lagoon has exceeded over 600 staff and General Manager Peter Hopgood has attributed this to the service provided by employees.

Hopgood says this is one of his greatest achievements since taking over the resort 3 years ago.

“Big part of what is happening at the Outrigger on the Lagoon is word of mouth. People coming to our resorts like our service and when they get back to their countries, they promote us and so we have had to extend our services and hire more people.”

Hopgood adds the forecast remains positive for the resort.
