Designers ready for Project Jejemon

Only a day to go before FBC TV’s Project Jejemon fashion and Design Awards.

One of Fiji’s top designer’s Aisea Konrote says he’s thrilled to be part of the event.

Konrote is one of the many designers who will showcase their outfits tomorrow evening.

‘For my part, I’ve always wanted to create something new to put on the catwalk for the public, something new all the time and I’ve enjoyed doing that, now Project Jejemon, has brought upon not only just a show but a multitude of categories and that’s the beauty of it for me.’

Other notable fashion designers who will be showcasing exclusive collections at the Project Jejemon Fashion show are Hupfeld Hoerder and Rosie Semisi.

One of the awards up for grabs is ‘Designer of the Year’.

The winner will receive a thousand dollars cash and a return trip to New Zealand or Australia flying Fiji Airways.

The show starts tomorrow at 7pm on Carnavon Street and tickets are selling at the Broadcasting House for $50 and $70.
