Saula Temo

A bench warrant has been issued for twenty-year-old Saula Temo who is alleged to have been involved in the murder of a man at the Suva Foreshore last year.

Temo is charged with one count of murder.

The state today informed the court that Temo has been located by Police and he is in Kadavu.

It is alleged that on May 17th last year, Temo hit 23-year-old Akuila Salavuki at the FDB foreshore with a piece of timber that caused his death.

The deceased was found lying in a pool of blood by two men the next day.

Temo was arrested after weeks of investigation.

The matter has been adjourned to the 2nd of next month.
