The Land Transport Authority has issued a notice against the azonto driver – Ritesh Kumar.

He failed to appear before LTA’s regional manager today as instructed.

LTA spokesperson – Alfred Wiliame says they are liaising with their regional team after which a seven day notice will be issued against Kumar.

Wiliame says if he still doesn’t appear before the CEO, the matter will be handed to the police.

Kumar was seen dancing while driving on a You Tube video, however he has denied this – saying the video was edited as the bus was parked when he was dancing.
