Hope Party Leader Tupou Draunidalo believes the 2018 General Election will be credible.

Draunidalo says to date she does not see any restrictions to what her party can do.

With other political parties raising issues with the Fijian Elections Office about credibility issues, Draunidalo says she has no complaints as yet.

“We have had a smooth run so far I haven’t heard anything to stop anyone of us, some candidates of other parties about surveillance and all, we haven’t had that problem and when people do ask me why not, I told them may be because we are a law abiding citizen.”

Draunidalo says for the past four years politicians were given relative freedom to do whatever they wanted.
