The new Waterfront Uduya Point apartment in Lami

The new Waterfront Uduya Point apartment in Lami will be completed in October.

Pacific Building Solutions spokesperson Atalaite Cama, says they are building the apartment in a joint venture with Hari Punja and Sons Limited.

The construction began in May 2018 and is currently on its third phase.

The $21 million building consists of 26 apartment blocks.
