A court in Nauru is due to finally hear the case of the opposition MP Roland Kun today.
Mr Kun is fighting to get his passport back after the government cancelled it a month ago in the wake of anti government protests.

The case has been adjourned several times over the last month and Mr Kun says he has been hampered by not having a lawyer.
But the Nauruan government has granted a visa to an Australian barrister who will represent Mr Kun if the authorities waive certain formalities.
Mr Kun was pulled off a plane a month ago as he tried to leave Nauru and has since remained apart from his young family.
He’s one of five opposition MPs who have either had their passports cancelled or are facing criminal charges in the wake of protests against the government last month.
There has been mounting international pressure on the Nauru government over its treatment of the MPs.
