The West Fiji Dolphins Rugby League players are ready to test themselves against the giant teams in the 2018 Fiji National Rugby League season.

Coach Peni Tikosaya says they are coming to impact the season after making their debut and winning the FNRL 9s tournament at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka two weeks ago.

“We have a mixture of players in the side where we have some rugby union players. Our pre-season program focused on ensuring all our players are aware of what we expect from them. We can’t wait for the season to begin.”

The West Fiji Dolphins is managed by Chris Tomlinson and Lauren Jagger of the Petero Civoniceva Foundation.

The season kicks off on the 3rd of next month at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
