Tonga will be tough-Waqaniburotu

Vodafone Flying Fijians lock, Dominiko Waqaniburotu, has a fair idea of what to expect when his team meets Tonga in the Pacific Nations Cup this Saturday.

The former Ratu Kadavulevu School student knows, playing Pacific Island teams is never easy, especially when a World Cup spot is on the line.

The 31-year-old, has enough experience and says, Tonga will be a hard nut to crack.

“We will be facing a very strong Tonga team as we saw last week against Samoa. We have been doing our homework working on our strengths and weaknesses. Yeah, we should be ready for them.”

The match kicks off at 2pm in Tonga on Saturday.

The top two teams in the combined results of 2016 and 2017 PNC will qualify for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
