After the bold step of having boys play netball in the Suva secondary school competition, the Fiji Secondary Schools Netball Association will include an Under 19 boys championship.

Association secretary, Loruama Qisavola says this is a huge step for the sport.

“This will be a interesting tournament this is the first time ever for Secondary school association to affiliated the men’s team in our annual game.”

It will be a districts competition with Suva fielding three teams while one team each will be represented from Nadi, Nausori and Sigatoka.

The Fiji Netball Secondary School tournament will be played in Suva next month.
