The Fiji Rugby League fraternity is mourning about the sudden passing of its Chair Peni Musunamasi.

Musunamasi has been very instrumental in the development of rugby league since its inception in 2007.

He took over the Chair role from Filimoni Vosarogo following his resignation last year.

The Fiji Secondary School rugby league family has expressed their condolences on Facebook to his family and the rugby league community here and abroad.

Details of his funeral gathering will be announced soon.
