Kolinisau ready to lead 7's side if selected

Vodafone Fiji 7s captain Osea Kolinisau is ready to lead the side for the Olympic Games in Brazil next month.

Kolinisau says it will once in a life time opportunity for him to play for the country and captain the Fiji 7s side in one of the biggest sporting event.

“It’s a major achievement one gets to lead a country in the biggest sporting event and if I do get the nod then I really thank god for the opportunity to getting me through-out the series and now through-out to the Olympics.”

Meanwhile, Coach Ben Ryan will have a one on one session with the players tonight before releasing the final 13 member squad tomorrow.

Fiji takes on Brazil in its first match at 4.30am on 10th of August, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am and plays USA at 4.30am on the 11th of August.

The medal quarterfinal will be held from 8am, with medal semi-final starting at 5.30am on 12 of August and Gold final will be played at 10.30am.
