The Fiji Table Tennis Federation hopes the weather will be in their favour when they host the 2017 International Table Tennis World Cadet Challenge next week.

President Anthony Ho says they are working closely with the Fiji Sports Council to ensure that there’s no obstacle to ruin the tournament.

“Our main concern is the leakage from the roof. Hopefully the weather stays on for that period where there should be no rain.”

Ho says despite this, they are ensuring a safe and a better tournament.

The tournament kicks off next Tuesday at Suva’s Vodafone Arena.
