Fiji defeated Kenya 28-12 in the second quarter final while New Zealand accounted for USA 24-7.
Fiji started Day Two on a high as Isake Katonibau touched down in the first minute for a 7-nil lead.
Savenaca Rawaca grabbed a brace as Fiji had a commanding 21-nil lead at the break.
Viliame Mata added a fourth try to book a sport with Wellington 7’s title winners New Zealand.
Fiji takes on New Zealand at 4.57pm.
In the second semi-final, Australia meets South Africa at 5.19pm.
In other quarter final results, Australia beat England 17-12 in extra time while South Africa accounted for Argentina 26-nil.
