The Fiji Airways men’s 7s coach Gareth Baber believes Russia will give them a tough time in their first pool match in the Las Vegas tournament this weekend.

Fiji secured a hard fought 24-nil win over Russia in the Sydney 7s last month.
Baber says they have a game plan to beat their opponent on Saturday.

“They are a good side and will turn to hunt for the ball, they did that against us when we played them in Sydney. They restricted us to only 24 points but. There are different threats with them which is with all the teams we play.”

The Fiji 7s side begins its Las Vegas 7s campaign against Russia at 12.06pm on Saturday.
