The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation will continue to support the 2018 Suva Marathon event for the fifth year-in-a-row.

FBC TV Manager, Vinal Raj says this is a good chance to air the event on the new FBC Sports channel.

“It will be very interesting to see the all these varieties on our channel, of course, it will be on FBC TV and FBC Sports as well.”

Meanwhile, Suva Marathon Club Intermediate President Sandeep Narayan says the event attracted over 1,300 participants last year which included over 50 international runners.

“We have already had over 30 international participants who have registered and we expected to beat the mark from last year.”

The Suva Marathon will be held on the 21st of next month at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.
