November 22, 2019 12:30 pm

World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder is predicting a knockout win against Luis Ortiz in their rematch on Sunday.

Wilder and Ortiz provided one of the best fights of the year in March 2018.

After a back-and-forth battle that saw Wilder knockdown Ortiz in the fifth round, Ortiz came back to nearly end Wilder’s reign.

Ortiz almost had Wilder out on his feet in the seventh round, but the 2008 Olympic bronze medalist put Ortiz away to win by 10th-round stoppage.

But Wilder says Ortiz should be ready for more than a rematch.

‘I’m always prepared I’m always ready to go and is always a good feeling to see my opponent in shape as well and prepare properly and prepare for a war that’s all I could ask for from my opponent is to be prepared and ready because they all know what fight they in for when they take on Deontay Wilder’.

You can watch the fight and more LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on FBC Sports Channel on Sunday at 3pm.
