Ba banks on discipline

April 19, 2015 12:52 am

Vodafone Ba football coach, Shalen Lal credits the team’s discipline as being the cornerstone of their progress in the Fiji Airways OFC Champions League.

The Men in Black defeated AS Pirae 2-0 yesterday to book a spot in the semi-finals against Team Wellington and Lal says they will need to maintain their cool against the Kiwis.

“We are here to play football. The boys know that they have to be disciplined because we don’t want to miss any players come the next game. I guess the boys have done wonderful so far because we have conceded yellow cards but nobody will miss the semi-finals; so that speaks that the boys are really disciplined.”
