Year 10 Examination results are out.

This has been confirmed by Minister for Education Dr Mahendra Reddy who says that the results will be released to schools this afternoon and will be available for students from tomorrow.

Dr Reddy says the pass rate is 45 percent compared to 42 percent last year.
He says this is a good sign as it shows that there is a improvement in the performance of more students following the reforms.

Dr Reddy also says that the pass rate in individual subjects have improved significantly.

The results can also be obtained online through the website: www.examresults.gov.fj.

14, 519 students sat for the examination.
