Usamate says the new water supply system is a joint scheme which benefits Fijians in Sakawasa Village, Waivou Settlement, Lodoni Village and Lodoni Primary School.

“This water project has costed government one hundred and seventy-nine thousand dollars and it is an investment that we are happy to make because from clean water there are many benefits that keep us more productive and more resilient to environmental hardships.”

The water system will benefit more than 800 Fijians in Tailevu.
