The Tikina Namosi Landowners Committee has told the Namosi Provincial Council they are only answerable to the Landowners who appointed them.

The TNLC made the statement after the council requested one of their members to join the Council so they can be well versed with the work that is being carried out by the committee.

Council chairman Ratu Romanu Matanitobua than elected a council member to be the new inclusion into the TNLC.

Ratu Romanu says in order to be in the loop with all the work of the TNLC, the Council will now be represented in the anti mining committee.
