Three men from Levuka who are alleged to have made false representation, in order to obtain a benefit of seven thousand dollars of hardware, under the Help for Home Initiative, appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court.

Mosese Yavimaiwai 54 years, Naibuka Vunisa 42 years and Pita Timi 21 years are all villagers of Levuka.

It is alleged the three men went to the Social Welfare Office in Suva to obtain the money on the 20th May, 2016.

The three were granted bail by the court with sureties.

The case will be recalled on the 1st March in the Suva Magistrates Court.
