Robin Nair, Fiji’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates says Fiji’s diplomatic corp has made immense strides – but there’s no room for complacency.

“We come here to recharge ourselves. The government and ministry sets the agenda for us – the strategies for the future. We have to re-enforce ourselves. It’s an exciting time and makes us enthusiastic to work hard for Fiji. That’s the important thing, Fiji’s spending a lot of money and we have to show results.”
