The Fiji Roads Authority says surface flooding is affecting Kings Road, Lautoka, Ba to Tavua and Rakiraki.

The FRA is advising the public to be cautious when accessing side roads and low lying areas prone to flooding.

Drivers are warned not to drive through flooded roads and find alternative routes where possible.

A flood alert is now inforce for the low lying areas, small streams and areas adjacent to the downstream of Vatukacevaceva station.
