Police officers are not allowed to engage in politics.

This was stated by Chief Operations ACP Officer Rusiate Tudravu as the Fiji Police Force map out their operations plan for the upcoming General Elections.

Tudravu says officers have been reminded to be neutral under the law and they will do whatever it takes to ensure that the law is maintained during the election period.
