The Fiji Police Force is searching for a child who is missing from Suva’s Nasese beach today.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says they earlier resuscitated a child who drowned in Nasese waters earlier today and is now in hospital.

There is still no confirmation on the health status of the alleged drowning victim.

Naisoro is pleading with parents to be vigilant in monitoring the whereabouts of their children.

Meanwhile, Police search for the missing child continues.
