PCN plans to re-look at payment options

May 3, 2018 7:05 pm

The People Community Network is working on increasing the year duration given to tenants to make their payments.

PCN National Director, Semiti Qalowasa says they are considering this option in order to assist low-income earner who can’t make the payments.

“This is to ensure that people continue to pay $50 and $40 a week so that they will be able to look after their family and at the same time pay for their homes.”

Qalowasa says most of their tenants are PCN saving members and they have been saving with them for many years.

The Lagilagi Housing’s three bedroom house costs $120 thousand to construct and with the help of the government, tenants will only pay half of the price.
