IFC’s corporate governance lead for the Pacific Chris Razook

For the first time ever, over two-hundred business directors will participate in the Pacific Governance Summit on Thursday.

IFC’s corporate governance lead for the Pacific Chris Razook says this platform will provide the opportunity for directors and chief executives to share their knowledge on good governance.

Razook says the summit is aimed at improving and promoting governance.

It will be a full day hearing from different experts and local business leaders about governance. They will also be discussing why it is important for Fiji and the Pacific.

Razook adds currently they’re facilitating audit committee master program and corporate governance action planning for companies.

The summit will be at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.
