The Land Transport Authority is looking at effective ways to deal with consumer complaints.
Chief executive, Samuel Simpson described LTA’s relationship with the public not as good as it could be.
He says their mission is to completely transform the relationship and introduce effective ways to deal with complaints.
“To ensure that every customer’s communication is dealt with, that it is recorded. We have a system with a unique tracking number for each piece of communication. We want everybody to communicate through the same channel so that we have everything recorded and we can follow everything up because of this unique tracking system that we have.”
Simpson says they are also looking at digitizing all their services in the next three years.
