A bus company in Sigatoka has been given 30 days notice to comply with Road Route Licence conditions.

The Land Transport Authority has issued Nikhil Buses Limited 30 days’ notice beginning from Wednesday to comply with this.

This comes after complaints were received by LTA from members of the public that the bus company wasn’t providing a satisfactory level of bus services in accordance with their license.

The Authority called the bus company for show-cause two times earlier this year to improve on their service delivery however, the company failed to improve their services as expected.

Failure to comply with the notice will result in the automatic suspension of their license.
