Suva Lawyer Shazran Lateef charged with three counts of being in possession of illicit drugs for the fourth time has been further remanded.

Another accused Zoe Maharaj Moore who has been charged alongside Lateef, has been remanded as well.

It is alleged that last Sunday at Raiwaqa, Lateef had in his possession 7.89 grams of illicit drugs namely Methamphetamine.

It is alleged that on the same day, he had in his possession 12.49 grams of Cocaine and 2.5 grams of Marijuana.

This is the fourth such case for Lateef where he has been charged when on bail for three previous charges.

The case will be recalled tomorrow for bail ruling.
