April 5, 2012 1:01 am

40 inmates from the Natabua Correction Centre in Lautoka left for the Jet Set Town of Nadi this morning to assist in the cleaning of the town.

Centre spokesperson Semesa Bogitini says in the past, the Nadi Town Council has always assisted the Natabua Corrections Centre and this is their chance to return the gesture.

“This is something to give back to the community from the inmates point of view and from the Corrections Services side to help rebuild the lives of people who have been affected by the recent floods.”
