The Fiji Electricity Authority introduced its e-billing and e-portal today in a bid to move towards e-commerce.
Acting Chief Executive, Bobby Naimawi says the new platforms are aimed at providing customer convenience.
Naimawi says the portal will provide up-to date information and details in relation to electricity account details such as current balance, overdue amount and due date.
He adds customers will be able to access the “Noqu FEA” portal from the FEA website or directly from the web link https://noqu.fea.com.fj
“This will bring about many benefits for them like a very simple benefit like they don’t have to visit FEA from the convenient of their homes they can see FEA."
Naimawi adds FEA has also strengthened its cyber security with the introduction of e-billing and e-portal.
FEA has also launched its e-billing service that will allow customers to access their electricity bill through their emails.
