A fun night for the whole family that’s what the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation’s New Year’s Eve Party promises.

Hosted in Suva and Lautoka, the 31/12 party is designed to offer a safe and family oriented environment.

Chief Executive, Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the parties will cater for all age groups.

“Usually what happens when a lot of people come out at night especially families and young people, there are a lot of people in town in Night clubs so it’s not very safe. But if they come to our party you’re guaranteed security.”

Sayed-Khaiyum adds the bash will be an alcohol free event.

The street parties will be hosted at Suva’s Albert Park and the Carnival Park in Lautoka.
