Saula Temo

The trial of a twenty-year-old man alleged to have been involved in the murder of a man at the Suva Foreshore will begin in February next year.

Saula Temo had also applied for bail but it has been denied and he has been further remanded in custody.

Temo faces one count of murder.

It is alleged that on May 17th, last year Temo hit 23-year-old Akuila Salavuki at the FDB foreshore with a piece of timber that caused his death.

The deceased was found lying in a pool of blood by two men the next day.

The case will be recalled on January 27th for mention.

The trial will be held between 22nd to 28th February next year.
