The case of a 27-year-old farmer from Kadavu charged with murder has been further remanded by the Suva High Court.

Mosese Koroi Sigabalavu is charged with the murder of his pregnant partner.

It is alleged that he assaulted his 23-year-old de-facto partner in Nasese on June 7th which resulted in her death.

State counsel also requested 14 days to file additional disclosures.

The case will be recalled on September 23rd for plea.
