Police are searching for a remand prisoner who escaped from the custody of a Police Officer yesterday afternoon.

Ravuama Kedraika was being escorted to the Legal Aid Office when he escaped.
He was remanded for aggravated robbery.

Last night Police mounted check points around Suva in an attempt capture Kedraika.

Meanwhile, the search for the three prisoners who escaped from the Nadi Police Station on Tuesday still continues.

Police are once again warning against harboring of prison escapees.
