A family in Nakasi is mourning the loss of 58-year-old Ashraf Ali.
Another Fijian national confirmed to have died in the terror attack in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Ali had travelled to NZ two weeks ago to visit relatives.
In an interview with FBC News Ali’s distraught sister Tamina Bibi, says her brother was a regular worshipper to the Masjid Al Noor on Deans Avenue in Christchurch.
She says he visited the mosque every time he visited NZ.
Bibi says he had accompanied his elder brother to the mosque on the fateful Friday.

She says she last spoke to him before he left the country.

She says they were informed yesterday that Ali’s body was recovered from the mosque.
