A fifty-seven-year-old taxi driver who is on trial at the Suva High Court got violent this morning as he tried to attack two journalists who were taking his video for news purpose.

Mohammed Yasin is alleged to have murdered his wife Maimun Nisha in Wailailai Ba three years ago.

This morning while being escorted from the courtroom to the cell block, he violently tried two attack two female television journalists.

However, the police officer present at the scene controlled the situation.

Yasin was then taken to the cellblock from where he yelled at the journalists, threatening them to be careful of him.

His trial continues in the Suva High Court.
