Three families are now homeless after their homes went up in a blaze last night.

The property at Ratu Dovi Road, Laqere which contains three flats – was totally destroyed in the fire.

According to NFA – the fire started from the vacant flat.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

NFA CEO John O’Connors is pleading with the public to exercise extra care within our homes to avoid fires.

Last week – there were five house fires recorded by the NFA.
