Bolalevu says before the end of this year, the survey of the land will take place to determine the land area for development

Department of Town and Country Planning Officer North Manasa Tuilau says survey instructions have been given to Cadastral Solutions as advised by the iTaukei Land Trust Board.

Tuilau says following the survey, the Department would hold consultations for the zoning of certain areas and they will also be preparing for engineering plans with relation to water, roads and fire hydrants.

After the engineering plans have been approved, civil works is expected to begin most probably by mid next year.
