The airline says the process has gone into immediate effect and they intend to operate schedules as planned.

Passengers will be told of any changes.

Boeing has now grounded its entire global fleet of 737 Max aircraft after investigators uncovered new evidence at the scene of the fatal Ethiopian Airlines crash where 157 passengers and crew died in Sunday’s crash.

To maintain smooth operation, Fiji Airways will use its existing Boeing 737 NG aircraft as well its Airbus A330 fleet.

It says some flight times may change as a result, and all affected customers will be notified of any change in their flight schedules.
