Vodafone Fiji under 20 football rep, Saula Waqa scored a hat-trick of goals to help Ba defeat Lupe Ole Soaga 3-1 in the Fiji Airways OFC Champions League.

The match was delayed by half an hour due to rain.

Waqa scored his first goal in the 30th minute of the first half after knocking in a fine pass from Avinesh Swamy.

The Samoans found the equalizer 5 minutes later as both teams went into half-time locked at 1-all.

Waqa scored another two goals in the second half to secure Ba’s second win of the tournament.

At the ANZ Stadium, defending champions, Auckland City notched their second triumph after thumping Western United 3-0.
