July 12, 2015 6:53 pm

Vodafone Flying Fijians John McKee believes the side will only get better from their 27-26 loss to the Maori All Blacks over the weekend.

McKee says the match provide the perfect build-up that the players needed in preparation for the Pacific Nations Cup opening match against Tonga this weekend.

“For me, we have been together for a week. It’s been very good progress. It is very disappointing that we lost the game but this is our first outing for the year; we are going to get better from here. I think this team is going to get very well.”
