The Fijiana 7s team will have to improve their standings in the series this season if they are to qualify for the 2020 Olympic in Tokyo, Japan.

Head Coach Saiasi Fuli says the team has a lot of improvement to do to be on the same level as other top nations.

Fuli adds there is no other way forward for the women’s side but they have to win most of their tournament throughout the series.

“They have to play and win every game, and stay positive. That’s the only way forward now for the girls.”

The Women’s team will be playing their next leg of the series in Sydney early next month.
