Sevuloni Mocenacagi on his way to score Fiji's try against Kenya [Source: World Rugby Sevens]
The Fiji Airways men’s 7s side made a winning start beating Kenya 36-12 in its opening match of the Vancouver tournament.
Sevuloni Mocenacagi scored their opening try in less than a minute after the kickoff while Alasio Naduva scored a double to put them 17-0 before heading into the break.
Jerry Tuwai scored their fourth try within 10 seconds in the starting of the second spell.
Terio Veilawa and Mocenacagi then scored a try each later in the second spell to seal the win.
Johnstone Olindi and Vincent Onyala scored a try each for Kenya.

In other matches played earlier, England beat Scotland 21-7, Argentina defeated Japan 24-7, Australia won against Spain 17-14, and New Zealand hammered France 45-7.
Fiji takes on Canada at 10.08am in its second pool match before meeting Samoa in its last pool match at 2.02pm.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 6.08am tomorrow, Cup semifinals start at 10.08am and the Cup final will kick off at 1.19pm.
