Reece scores a hat trick for Crusaders

Fiji-born Sevu Reece was on fire this morning for the Crusaders scoring a hat trick to help his Crusaders side beat the Bulls 45-13.

The Crusaders showed their dominance in the first half of the match scoring four first-half tries.

Crusaders’ destructive winger Sevu Reece made a stunning breakthrough scoring the fourth try for his side to lead the Bulls 26-6 at the breather.

Reece then made the opening second-half try for the Crusaders extending their lead 33-6.

A consistent performance from the Crusaders sees Reece crossing the Bulls whitewash in the 67th minute to bag a hat trick.

Scott Barrett then scored the last try for the Crusaders with less than two minutes on the clock for the game to end.

The try puts the Crusaders’ points over to 45, sealing the victory.

In other matches last night, Rebels beat the Reds 30-24, and the Hurricanes beat the Blues 22-12.
