The Flying Fijians are settling in well in Miako City.

Coach John Mckee says this is the same hotel they were based at during their test match against Japan and the team were treated to a good recovery session at their hotel beachfront.

“It’s really good that the players are familiar with the environment, we had an ocean recovery on arrival which is great for the players after their tough game against Australia and to make sure they get their bodies in shape for the game against Uruguay on Wednesday.”

Fiji will name its team to face Uruguay close to 3pm.

Peceli Yato will be missing out on the Uruguay match as he will be needing six days of recovery.

The team may also not include Viliame Mata for the Uruguay match and Semi Kunatani is also under a cloud of injury.

Fiji meets Uruguay at 5.15pm this Wednesday in their second match of the Rugby World Cup.

Fiji lost to Australia 39-21 in their first pool match.
