New FSSRL champ to be crowned on Saturday

Ratu Navula Sea Eagles’ Captain Jonetani Nabokini says they want to end its Fiji Secondary School Rugby League title drought.

They will take on QVS Knights in the grand final on Saturday.

Nabokini says the pressure is high as QVS Knights are also chasing its first Rugby League title this year.

He adds they will re-group and work on their basic skills and they are expecting an exciting meet in the Grand Final.

“It will be a tough one for us too, as for us we are all, under-18 but it will be hard to go against QVS Knights this week. So we will just do our part and leave the rest to God.”

Meanwhile, QVS will meet RKS in the Under-15 final, Ratu Sukuna will take on Nasinu Secondary in the Under-17 division, and QVS Knights will play Ratu Navula Sea Eagles in the Under-19 Grand Final at Garvey Park in Tavua on Saturday.
